Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Mint London, you'll be the driving force behind data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve providing strategic recommendations to colleagues and management, as well as executing technical marketing tasks. Using tools like Google Analytics, you’ll analyze and optimize the customer journey, email funnels, and website performance. With plenty of autonomy, you’ll be in control of your professional development and the impact you make. At Mint London, you will be a key contributor to enhancing our brand visibility and will see the results of your efforts firsthand.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or IT from a recognised UK university
- Experience with technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Availability for 24 to 40 hours per week
- A full UK driving licence is preferred

Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for dedicated customer service professionals who are ready to take on more responsibility. At Mint London, you’ll quickly step into a pivotal role within a young, dynamic team. You’ll ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, handling incoming calls and email inquiries in both English and potentially other languages. Your role will involve resolving complaints and coordinating returns in collaboration with our logistics partners.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised UK business school or equivalent
- Availability for 16 - 24 hours per week
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written
