REFUND POLICY
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you can return your order under certain conditions. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. Please note that charges apply for returns—free returns are not offered.
Conditions for Return:
For a return to be processed, your order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must contain all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging should be intact and in the same condition as when it arrived.
- Normal handling of the product must be evident. Breakage due to careless handling will not be accepted.
- Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before beginning the return process.
- The product must be found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs associated with the return.
- The return will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you will need to follow these steps to initiate the returns process:
- Send an email to: info@mint-london.com
- Ensure the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product if it’s damaged or broken
- First name + last name of the customer
- Address of the customer
Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the return address. Do not send the return to the original sender address. We will give you the correct return address once we have processed your request.
Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase under the following conditions, provided that you are a natural person entering into a contract for purposes not primarily related to your commercial or professional activity.
A. Cancellation Conditions
Right of Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cancellation period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), receives the last item in your order.
Please note that as we operate with a fully automated system, your order is processed immediately upon placement. Therefore, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process once the order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to provide a refund until the goods have been delivered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Mint London of your decision to cancel the contract. This must be done via a clear declaration (e.g., by email). The cancellation will be completed once we have received the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
Record for Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer than domestic shipments, and we have no control over transit delays. If your order is already on its way, cancellation is not possible. We kindly ask that you wait until you receive the goods, at which point you can initiate the return process.
While the goods are in transit, you may inform us of your intent to cancel. To help expedite the return process, we ask that you provide us with a shipping confirmation once the goods are returned.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we are obligated to refund all payments we have received from you, except for delivery costs. Please note that if you chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery option, we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery.
Refund Process:
- The refund will be issued without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation request and the returned goods.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
- No additional charges will be applied to the refund.
Important Information:
- All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
- We cannot accept responsibility for shipping delays, as the goods are shipped internationally.
